The Position

Purpose
The Patient Journey Partner is the local face of Roche and works closely with patients and all stakeholders directly touching the patient journey, gaining a deep understanding of their needs in order to connect Roche’s capabilities to co-create meaningful solutions. By overseeing the patient journey in its entirety, the Patient Journey Partner identifies shared purpose among stakeholders and leverages this to co-create solutions. Being successful in this role will deliver better outcomes for patients and better community value, ultimately resulting in better commercial results.



Major Accountabilities
-Defines /sets the integrated strategy (medical, marketing, access) of the disease area in coordination with the DA POD coach and the medical enabler.
-Ensures business outcomes and strategy implementation within the ecosystem 
-Acts as trusted partner and is the primary (but non-exclusive) Roche point of contact with the stakeholders across the ecosystem.
-Stewards Roche’s products through their lifecycle and supports their appropriate use, which includes sharing their merits with HCPs (physicians, nurses, hospital pharmacists…) in a truthful, balanced & competitive  manner.
-By overseeing the patient journey in its entirety, the PJP acts as a system thinker with the ability to identify actionable gaps/opportunities  and leverages this to co-create solutions with stakeholders in the ecosystem.
-Creates a differentiated customer experience by leveraging the omnichannel customer engagement.
-Works closely with the PJPs and HSP within the ecosystem to create value for the customers and collaborates with PJP of similar DA within DA pods in Levant and the Network


Required Experience and Qualification
-Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
-Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles
-Experience in marketing is a major plus
-Excellent command of English

-Growth mindset, able to learn quickly, take risks and experiment
-Deep understanding of patient journey(s) and related Roche products
-Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
-Robust understanding of brand integrated strategies and tactics
-Cross-functional leadership and marketing experience
