Are you detail-oriented and enjoy evaluating customer experiences? We are hiring Mystery Shoppers to assess service quality, store conditions, and customer interactions for various businesses.


Responsibilities:

  • Visit assigned locations anonymously to evaluate customer service and store conditions.
  • Provide detailed and honest feedback through surveys or reports.
  • Follow project guidelines and meet deadlines for submitting evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent observation and communication skills.
  • Ability to adhere to detailed instructions.
  • Access to transportation and flexibility to visit assigned locations.
  • Basic knowledge of completing online surveys or reports.
