Develop work plan and carries out bench work by securing tooling, set-up and adjustment.
Operates a variety of machine tools to make parts and tooling to very close tolerance.
Repair production equipment, plant equipment and related facilities when and as required and as per the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Maintain production machines according to prescribed procedures.
Fabricate parts and components for repair of machines, equipment, or facilities working from graphic, written or verbal instruction and specifications.
Analyze and repair malfunctioning machines and systems (Mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic, ADS, etc.)
Maintaining a working understanding of plant production processes, equipment, systems, and facilities in order to perform maintenance works effectively.
To carry out preventive maintenance of plant machinery and equipment based on instructions described in the maintenance schedule.
Observe all safety regulations and good housekeeping practices.
Operate all types of workshop equipment and machinery such as; lath , milling, shaping, grinding and drilling, etc...
