Responsible for the establishment and implementation of a strategy designed to achieve the sustainable growth of Azelis’s business in the segment designated market sectors throughout the Azelis perimeter of Africa and the Middle East
Expected to either possess, or to acquire over time, an in depth understanding of the industries served, together with a full appreciation of the applications operated by the customers who consume the products sold. Reinforce skills by establishing close working relationships with both the key suppliers and key customers of the segment with a view to understanding their strategy and evaluating their strengths and weaknesses. Understand the strategies and capabilities of key competitors as they may impact upon the business of the segment both now and in the future. Work closely and communicate effectively with the business managers of the segment in MEA in order to ensure that all concerned understand the strategy that should be applied to each individual and has a clearly established plan for its implementation.
