Maintenance Engineer

• Allocate workload, supervise & coach maintenance team
• Plan and oversee all preventive & corrective maintenance interventions, Clean Inspect Lubricate system and installation activities
• Manage relationships with contractors and service provider. Prepare Terms of Reference and execute proper reception of works
• Monitor equipment inventory thru proper spare parts management system and place orders when necessary
• Maintain maintenance logs and report on activities
• Conduct data analysis for proactive management and continuous improvement
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
• Ensure compliance with company’s systems
• Create a training program for the mechanics and the electricians to keep them informed about the machines.
• Direct and supervise the renovation and major overhaul jobs done on machines of the production lines.
• Prepare the Maintenance Budget plan for the coming year and discuss it with the manager for approval.
