Logistics Officer

We are looking for a Logistics Officer to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. As a Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and materials, ensuring efficient and timely delivery to our customers. You will play a crucial role in coordinating with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
2. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular stock audits.
3. Collaborate with suppliers and transportation providers to negotiate contracts, optimize delivery routes, and manage costs.
4. Implement and maintain logistics processes and procedures to improve efficiency and minimize errors.
5. Prepare and analyze reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field.
2. Experience as an admin in the furniture or interior industry would be an advantage.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
