Job Description

The role:


Logistics - Execution Support


Summary of the Role: 


Responsible for supporting the client team by performing accurate and efficient data entry, managing daily administrative tasks, and ensuring optimal workflow (timely and cost-effective). Committed to maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, and delivering high-quality service to all stakeholders.


Responsibilities: 


  • Keep assigned client profiles up-to-date and liaise with Inbound teams effectively on related procedural changes where relevant
  • Issue insurance certificate, sampling labels and instructions
  • Work closely with relevant internal teams, clients, brokers, and logistic-service providers
  • Work closely with client teams and Head office to anticipate execution challenges and advise on potential solutions
  • Monitor assigned clients’ position & receivables

Qualifications

Qualifications and Education


  • University graduate (BA or equivalent)
  • Focus/ Major in Foreign Trade, Commodity Trading, Logistics or Management is a plus
  • Other certifications are a plus

Experience and Technical Skills


  • 0 to 1 year of working experience 
  • Experience in an international environment related to trade/ supply chain/ logistics
  • Experience in coffee trade logistics is a plus
  • Experience in Customer Service is a plus
  • Knowledge/ practical experience in SAP 
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Knowledge of collaborative tools (MS Teams, SharePoint,...)
  • Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
  • Knowledge of Incoterms 
  • Knowledge of ESCC is a plus
