The role:
Logistics - Execution Support
Summary of the Role:
Responsible for supporting the client team by performing accurate and efficient data entry, managing daily administrative tasks, and ensuring optimal workflow (timely and cost-effective). Committed to maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, and delivering high-quality service to all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Keep assigned client profiles up-to-date and liaise with Inbound teams effectively on related procedural changes where relevant
- Issue insurance certificate, sampling labels and instructions
- Work closely with relevant internal teams, clients, brokers, and logistic-service providers
- Work closely with client teams and Head office to anticipate execution challenges and advise on potential solutions
- Monitor assigned clients’ position & receivables
Qualifications
Qualifications and Education
- University graduate (BA or equivalent)
- Focus/ Major in Foreign Trade, Commodity Trading, Logistics or Management is a plus
- Other certifications are a plus
Experience and Technical Skills
- 0 to 1 year of working experience
- Experience in an international environment related to trade/ supply chain/ logistics
- Experience in coffee trade logistics is a plus
- Experience in Customer Service is a plus
- Knowledge/ practical experience in SAP
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
- Knowledge of collaborative tools (MS Teams, SharePoint,...)
- Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
- Knowledge of Incoterms
- Knowledge of ESCC is a plus
