On Sales & Commercial Growth
- Develop and implement brand-driven sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion and optimization
- Build and strengthen relationships with key retailers and distributors to enhance brand positioning
- Identify and negotiate with new retail partners and suppliers to unlock business opportunities
- Manage pricing, stock replenishment, and inventory levels to ensure optimal brand performance
- Support product portfolio expansion by assessing market demand and acquiring new novelties
- Ensure accurate invoicing, collections, and financial alignment with sales goals
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, credit, and supply chain teams to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain system accuracy through timely updates (price lists, visa clients, returns) and ensure compliance with documentation requirements
- Deliver regular reports on sales performance, market trends, customer insights, and YTD client status for management review
On Brand Development & Marketing
- Lead brand activities, such as product launches and consumer events, to enhance brand awareness
- Strengthen in-store brand visibility through planogram execution, POS material deployment, and retail activation programs
- Conduct monthly market visits to Class A & B retailers to assess brand performance and marketing activities
- Align marketing initiatives by coordinating with management, purchasing teams, and graphic designers
- Support social media content creation by assisting in the development of posts, reels, and marketing plans
- Establish and conduct training programs for internal teams and retail partners regarding Collistar brand, ensuring brand knowledge and consistency in execution
On Team Development
- Set and manage the schedules of beauty consultants to ensure optimal coverage and productivity across key retail locations
- Provide ongoing support by addressing team requests while coaching, mentoring, and evaluating beauty consultants to enhance performance and ensure alignment with brand and sales objectives
