Main Duties:

• Provide first and second-level support for ERP-related issues and inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to the ERP system.
• Assist in the configuration and maintenance of ERP modules to meet business needs.
• Provide IT support for all other technical issues. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to promote effective use of ERP functionalities.
