Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role Excellent knowledge of computer systems and IT infrastructure Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service
Responsibilities:
