Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Supervisor to oversee our IT department's operations. The IT Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, implementing IT strategies, and ensuring the smooth execution of IT projects.
Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
2. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and security.
3. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
4. Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and provide solutions to meet business requirements.
5. Monitor IT performance metrics and report on key performance indicators to management.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an IT Supervisor or similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
