Your Mission



A consultant contributes to all core activities of the department, from product corrective and evolutive maintenance to roadmap execution (business analysis, specifications writing, development validation, tests enrichment and prepackaging) to second level support, hands on build contribution.



What you will do



You will also act as Business Analyst in an agile team in the SAFe context.



You will be part of one of the covered domains: Customer Relationship Management. Application Lifecycle Management, Configuration Environment Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Data & Analytics. In order to effectively play this role, you need to:



  • Contribute to parts of the roadmap execution, including business analysis and specifications/documentation writing, tests cycles, training and packaging related to the related area


  • Participate tothe corrective and evolutive maintenance in terms of product evolution and support. This responsibility implies knowledge sharing thanks to trainings, support and training being done with internal counterparties first and then external ones


  • Can with senior supervision contribute to demo creation and perform a presentation of a feature/enhancement in such context to prospects or existing customers


  • Acquire business, relevant knowledge in MX, and expertise in one ONYX module (MXTEST/MXEM) or GQAF


  • Support internal counterparts



Who you are




  • 0 to 3 years of experience in Information Systems, experience in Product Management is a strong plus


  • Proven experience working in project mode with strong respect to deadlines, while interacting with business stakeholders and sponsors, with a strong drive for result in a cross functional environment.


  • Mastering the key Product Management skills of carefully Listening to people, properly Understanding their needs, and effectively Driving towards the execution of ideas that provide value.


  • Excellent communication with a strong drive for Client Orientation.


  • Very good understanding of the technical world, with proper grasp of Data models.


  • Good knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodology, experience with SAFe is a plus.


  • Good attention to detail and a well-organized, structured approach to work.


  • Ability to speak and write English fluently, French is a plus.
