Install and commission new equipment.
Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve, with minimal downtime to production.
Carry out diagnosis of faults, the maintenance and repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner and return equipment to operational service.
Creative to find solutions on site.
Manage foreign technicians on client sites.
Estimate length of time required to complete a job and likely consequences of failure to complete work within required timescales.
Identify and escalate any activity that has the potential to cause harm or damage.
Solve breakdown root causes, equipment faults and report to management.
Ensure all work is undertaken to a high-quality standard and adheres to all quality standard regulations.
Ensure company targets are met in respect of project’s target, timeline and quality standards.
Identify spares requirements and log usage.
Assist in the development of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.
Provide after sales support from the company office and on site.
Support clients on site.
Participate in developing new solutions for new projects.

· Ability to handle mechanical and electrical tasks.

· Ability to travel abroad on missions to install new projects, trouble shoot and diagnose existing machines.

· Ability to program PLCs is a plus.

· AutoCAD ability is a plus.

· Proficient in English and Arabic. French is a plus.
