Inbound Sales Specialist - Window Films

A Printing, Packaging, and Signs Company located in Lebanon is looking for an experienced Inbound Sales Specialist - Window Films to join their team.

This role involves handling all inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries, with the primary goal of closing sales and providing top-notch customer service. You will be responsible for converting leads into customers, offering expert advice on our window films products, and managing the sales process from initial contact to deal closure. Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Qualify leads and provide accurate information on window films (security, solar protection, combined films, etc.), addressing customer needs and inquiries effectively.
• Use strong sales techniques to close deals and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Provide tailored recommendations and solutions based on customer requirements.
• Process customer orders, generate quotations, and issue invoices.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM or ERP systems, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Handle follow-ups with customers and the sales team to ensure seamless service and timely closures.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with the sales team for scheduled client visits or product demonstrations when necessary.
• Manage and prioritize multiple inquiries and requests, ensuring a high level of service throughout.
• Support daily sales administration tasks, including document preparation and general sales support.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred) or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in inbound sales, customer service, or administration (experience in construction materials, glass, or window films is a plus).
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written) is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills with the ability to close deals.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and a pleasant, professional voice.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM or ERP software is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
• Comfortable engaging with customers via social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic technical knowledge of window films (training will be provided).
• Positive, energetic attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling customer concerns.
• Attention to detail in order processing and documentation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
