Requirements:
Proven experience in import and shipping logistics Strong knowledge of customs regulations and documentations Ability to work with various suppliers and freight forwarders Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the shipment of goods from suppliers to the warehouse Ensure compliance with import regulations and documentation requirements Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to facilitate timely delivery Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that may arise Maintain accurate records of import activities and expenses Work closely with the purchasing and accounting departments to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in import regulations If you meet the requirements and are looking to join a dynamic team in the e-commerce industry, we'd love to hear from you!
