Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC/Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold Lebanese nationality and possess a strong background in both HVAC and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• HVAC Responsibilities:

  
  
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems.
  • Ensure all HVAC work is completed in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Plumbing Responsibilities:

  
  
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems.
  • Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and prevent potential problems.
  • Install and maintain water heaters, water softeners, and other plumbing appliances.
  • Ensure proper functioning of waste disposal and sewage systems.
  • Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety standards.
  • Provide emergency plumbing services as needed.
  • Prepare cost estimates and detailed work reports.

• Lebanese nationality is a must.
• Proven experience as an HVAC/Plumbing Technician.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC and plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in related fields.
• Experience working with a variety of HVAC and plumbing systems.
