You will mainly be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates to meet company staffing needs. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, understanding organizational goals, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to acquire top talent.
Contribute to the overall success of our human resources initiatives, including learning and development, employee relations and other related HR tasks which will support in the development of the HR initiatives roled out for MEA.
Main Accountabilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source potential candidates through various channels (online job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Conduct a first interview and in depth assessment of candidates as per CBI and other recruitment techniques.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure all feedback are properly communicated and shared.
Manage the recruitment process from start to end, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment-related documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and offboarding and ensure HR presentations are given upon start dates.
Prepare induction plans for all new hires and ensure all invitations are sent out and follow up is done with the new hire following induction completeness.
Assess exit interview feedback and highlight matters for action to be taken.
Support in HR project implementations where needed.
Support in monthly and quarterly reporting and HR KPI updates.
Take part in HR audit.
Support in other ad hoc tasks related to HR for training, performance evaluation, workday system etc.
Ensure employee records are complete, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures where needed.
Address employee inquiries where possible.
Skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (a plus to have a degree in human resource management or industrial psychology).
At least 7 years proven work experience in Human Resources with concentration on Talent Acquisition.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms and techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Detail-oriented.
