Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a technical, engineering, or consulting environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring teams effectively.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
