A Reputable Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Head of Sales Lubricants.
Main Duties:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote and sell lubricant products to target customers within the assigned territory.
Lead and manage a team of outdoor sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they achieve individual and team sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Set sales targets for the team and monitor their progress regularly.
Take proactive measures to address any performance gaps and ensure the team achieves or exceeds the set targets.
Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports to the senior management team, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and recommendations for improvement.
Achieve the assigned sales volume for the handled market segment and within the set period.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and supply chain to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
