Head of Operations

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Head of Operations to lead and manage the operational aspects of both the workshop and atelier. This role will be pivotal in optimizing workflows, driving production efficiency, and ensuring high standards of quality and performance across both teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the workshop and atelier, ensuring smooth production and creative processes.
  
• Implement systems for tracking progress, performance, and quality control across both teams.
  
• Manage procurement, logistics, and supply chain functions, ensuring timely and budget-conscious material sourcing.
  
• Work closely with both the workshop and atelier teams to ensure production targets and deadlines are consistently met.
  
• Balance creative vision with operational efficiency, driving both aspects in a way that enhances overall business performance.
  
• Collaborate with the Technical Designer and Head of Production to maintain high standards of product quality and operational flow.
  

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of strong experience in fashion operations, with a deep understanding of both the production and creative aspects of the industry.
  
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams, ensure clear communication, and facilitate collaboration between creative and operational functions.
  
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  
• A hands-on approach and flexibility to manage both creative oversight and operational management.
  
• Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
