POSITION SUMMARY

The main purpose of this role is to lead, control, and manage the Sales Team in order to achieve the business objectives. This includes coordinating the preparation of the channel commercial plan, delivering channel distribution and visibility, and POP objectives. Additionally, the role requires preparing and presenting business plans and business reviews to the top 5 accounts.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …



Accountable and responsible for the ICP sales / volumes / value / OG and RIG targets by category. Accountable and responsible for monitoring Channel performance against plan, and in co-ordination with the NSM/ CCSDMs. Ensure the development of business plans for key customers and that these plans are effectively executed. Responsible for effective implementation of Channel, Customer and Category sales plans. Achieve channel coverage, core distribution and POP objectives and ensure excellence in execution. Responsible to identify new channel opportunities and recommend action / activities to exploit them. Responsible for building and maintaining good commercial relationship with key customers in the Channel. Ensure that Debt Collection are made on time and in line with Channel payment terms. Propose and agree with the CM/GBM/NSM on the Channel commercial policy and customer service standards and accountable on verifying adherence. Responsible for the development of the Channel Sales Team via regular on-the-job training and field appraisals.

What will make you successful…



3-5 years of relevant experience e (in Field Sales of FMCG preferably). Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field. Excellent knowledge with Microsoft Excel. Power BI is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly skilled in statistical analysis & forecasting. Channel management knowledge, understand company Channel strategies and objective. Valid driver's license.
