Field Officer

A Reputable Organization located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Field Officer.

Main Duties:

• Track volunteer record skills, availability, and scheduling through bi-monthly follow-up on performance.
• Keep records of volunteers' attendance and hours worked.
• Answer all beneficiaries’ questions, resolve beneficiaries’ problems, and report their complaints.
• Fill out the survey questionnaires/tools and referral forms in the areas of intervention. 
• Decide on how to overcome the problems encountered during the survey and report and challenges or risks to the Senior Field Officer. 
• Prioritize the wellbeing of the volunteers and safety of beneficiaries.
• Wrap-up sessions and evaluate the daily field activities and progress. 
• Support the Senior Field Officer in collecting necessary data for the narrative reports. 
• Help volunteers ensure adherence to quality standards, duties, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
