In this role, as an Ecosystem Lead- Lebanon, you play a key role in keeping clear vision on the disease areas and ecosystem strategy & outcomes in alignment with the Levant vision & priorities, being a Value Multiplier for the Ecosystem & the brands, driving efficiencies & harmony. 


You will be instrumental in architecting and enabling exponential growth opportunities through strong connections with local ecosystem stakeholders. As a catalyst for healthcare transformation, you will champion the Roche Patient Journey approach and support internal transformation by coaching teams towards more networked, collaborative ways of working.


You will lead a strong team of Patient Journey Partners in Lebanon and report to the  General Manager for Levant Countries.

Your responsibilities


  • Set the Ambition – Set the vision, high ambitions, and outcomes for the Disease Areas/Ecosystem by harnessing insights from PPOCs (primary points of contact), enablers and other key stakeholders across the enterprise. Holding overall accountability for delivering market leadership and a healthy business profile, whilst working in the context of shared responsibility.


  • Ensure Cross Functional Leadership – Inspire teams to meet ambitious outcomes, fostering an environment where cross-functional teams can collaborate, develop, and excel in achieving midterm and short term outcomes.


  • Manage Ecosystem Members and embrace the role of recruiter, coach, retainer of talent & performance, sharing the responsibility with leaders in other disciplines. 


  • Ensure Prioritization and Resources - Begin with an enterprise mindset, taking into account the affiliate strategy and portfolio priorities. Within this context, effectively prioritize ecosystem & Disease Area outcomes and ensure resource requirements are met to deliver on Mid Term and  Short Term Outcomes


  • Foster External & Internal Partnerships - In collaboration with the team members, ensure that key stakeholders  (clinical & non clinical influencers) are well-supported and view us as their preferred partner. Mobilize the network with speed when necessary to meet the urgent needs of these key stakeholders.


Who you are


  • You hold a BA degree in Pharmacy or an equivalent qualification.


  • You have a strong, extensive business and leadership experience in the bio pharmaceutical field.


  • You bring demonstrated experience and deep knowledge of the related ecosystems and customers segment.


  • You hold a strong track record of working within Agile environments.


  • People management experience is a must.


  • You lead with influence, showing assertiveness and the ability to drive impact without formal authority.


  • You demonstrate exponential thinking and bring a strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to ecosystem stakeholders and other involved parties.


  • You hold credibility in your subject area, with the potential to serve as a mentor or expert for others.


  • You bring an energetic and inspired perspective to your work, with the ability to motivate and uplift fellow ecosystem members.


  • You thrive in an atmosphere of trust and transparency and are eager to co-create, embracing new ideas and collaborating closely with your team.
