Presentail is looking for an E-commerce Specialist to join our Achrafieh office.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the online store and website, ensuring all products are accurately listed and updated. Optimize product listings for search engines to drive traffic and increase conversions. Monitor and analyze online sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Implement strategies to improve user experience and increase customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that drive sales. Handle customer inquiries and provide support for any online shopping issues. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
Requirements:
Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in a similar role. Strong knowledge of online sales platforms and website management. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in e-commerce tools and software.* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
