Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. You will develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients to expand the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to support sales initiatives
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in sales management, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends to drive strategic decisions
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales best practices
