Compliance Officer

Presentail is looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Achrafieh office.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certification in compliance or a related field is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures. Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulations and company policies. Training employees on compliance policies and procedures. Investigating and resolving any compliance issues or violations. Keeping abreast of changes in regulations and updating policies and procedures accordingly. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure compliance with regulations. Reporting to senior management on compliance issues and initiatives. Assisting in the preparation for regulatory inspections and audits.
