What you will be doing:


We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Community Growth Senior Associate to join our team. This role is crucial in sustainably expanding our global Evaluators Community and driving engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in CRM management, particularly Hubspot, possess exceptional writing skills, and have a proven track record in user acquisition. You will collaborate with CXG Markets worldwide, requiring adaptability to work with remote teams across various time zones.


Key Responsibilities:


1.    Community optimization


  • Design and implement ad-hoc workflows on HubSpot to enhance the Evaluator journey
  • Develop and manage advanced database segmentation strategies
  • Create tailored engagement approaches for new Evaluators, based on segmentation insights.

2.    Community Growth


  • Maximize conversion rates for new sign-ups, guiding them to profile completion
  • Identify and capitalize on diverse recruitment channels, both online and offline.
  • Spearhead referral campaigns across all CXG Markets
  • Conceptualize and executive innovative growth projects, including partnerships.

3.    Community Engagement


  • Manage the creation, scheduling, testing, and deployment of email campaigns and newsletters, ensuring timely deployment to maximize performance.  
  • Conduct ongoing email database housekeeping and segmentation to effectively target active, lost, and dormant users
  • Foster a positive Community atmosphere.
  • Lead reactivation campaigns across all CXG Markets to boost usage rates within our existing community.
  • Manage community interactions through the ticketing system, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

4.    Analytics and Reporting


  • Oversee budget allocation and track quarterly expenditures against targets.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to community engagement.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on the efficacy of community initiatives.
  • Leverage data insights to continuously refine content and engagement strategies.
