We are hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our international Company in Congo, Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Develop and execute financial strategies to ensure stability, growth, and compliance
• Advise leadership on financial performance, risks, and investment opportunities
• Lead and mentor the finance team while optimizing business processes and controls
Key Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in the Finance field and 5+ years of experience as a CFO
• French & English are a MUST
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics is required and a Master's Degree, CPA, CFA is desirable
• Age 35+
• SAP system proficiency
