Job Description
Our client Hallab, a leading manufacturing and food distribution company dedicated to creating delicious and high-quality confectionery products, is seeking an experienced Cashier to join their team at their branch in Beirut, Lebanon.
Responsibilities:
-Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the checkout counter
-Accurately process customer transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments
-Handle cash drawer and ensure balance at the start and end of each shift
-Quickly and accurately scan, bag, and complete customer orders
-Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
-Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
-Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
-Follow all cash handling, food safety, and company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Proven experience as a cashier or in a customer service role in the food and beverage industry.
- Basic computer skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
-Attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding customer service
