ART DIRECTOR
We are looking for an Superstar Art Director to join our growing team of creatives in the Beirut studio, who can elevate the level of craft across every project you work on. The purpose of this role is to execute creative concepts together with a copy partner at the direction of the Creative Director across Social, Brand, Experience and Content.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Executes creative concepts together with a copy partner at the direction of the creative director and Senior Art Director
Ideate, craft, and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives, or goals
Identifies creative thinking towards big ideas
Presents big ideas to clients using a variety of techniques
Visualises concepts and interprets them into design
Takes ownership of creative work and leads the design team by example
Ensures the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product
Provides insightful, creative executions which positively impact a client’s business
Acts a main point of contact in the team for Account Management and Project Management
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
A portfolio of outstanding work, a unique creative vision and point of view on how to push boundaries of creativity
strong technical design skills across a variety of programs
Confident in your creative thinking and can challenge briefs and the status quo
Ability to interact with co-workers effectively and appropriately at a variety of levels, across many disciplines
Ability to interpret feedback, whether from Creative Directors, producers or clients, and make changes to creative work in response to this feedback
Able to offer constructive insights, options and ideas to keep projects moving forwards
