Requirements:
Proven experience in accounts receivable and/or accounting Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Responsibilities:
Process and post payments received from customers accurately and in a timely manner Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues Generate monthly financial reports related to accounts receivable Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of financial transactions* Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and support audit inquiries
