Printcut Company, located in Roumieh, is seeking a female Data Entry/Invoicing Assistant to join the team with the following qualifications:
-A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Two years of work experience (preferred)
Main tasks:
-Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
-Collaborate in a team environment to deliver the highest level of customer service by addressing any questions or concerns regarding products or invoicing.
-Maintain accurate records of invoices.
-Assist with other data entry,accounting or administrative tasks as needed.
• 0-2 Years of relative work experience.
• Experience with MS Office and data programs.
• Familiarity with administrative duties, invoicing and customer service.
• Attention to detail.
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
