Presentail is looking for an Account Manager to join our Achrafieh office.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- A customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
- Understand clients' needs and identify opportunities to upsell products or services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively
- Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor account performance and report on key metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth
