Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to meet their needs and identify new sales opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of client orders and coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage Customer accounts, maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Prepare Offers for customers, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Follow up on each procedure to ensure timely completion.
• Create and manage Proforma Invoices and Packing lists.
• Follow up on each procedure to ensure timely completion.
• Manage the entire cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Communicate with suppliers to manage orders, deliveries, and Prices.
• Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
