Web Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Web Manager to lead our website’s development and management. This role involves ensuring the website is user friendly, engaging, and optimized for performance. The Web Manager will work closely with various teams to enhance our online presence and achieve business goals, leveraging both front-end and back-end expertise, including SSL implementation for security.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the website, ensuring it is up-to-date and functioning smoothly.
• Implement regular updates to content, design, and features, including SSL certificates for enhanced security.

2. Content Development:

• Create and manage website content that aligns with our brand and appeals to our audience.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

3. SEO and Analytics:

• Optimize website content for search engines to improve visibility and attract organic traffic.
• Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website performance and provide regular reports on traffic and user engagement.

4. User Experience (UX):

• Analyze user feedback and behavior to enhance website usability and navigation.
• Ensure the website is accessible and meets best practices for user experience.

5. Technical Oversight:

• Work with developers to resolve technical issues, implement SSL, and ensure website security.
• Stay informed about the latest web technologies and trends to recommend improvements.

6. Project Management:

• Lead website projects, coordinating timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed. 

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in web management or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end processes.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Familiarity with SSL and web security best practices.
• SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
