Job Summary: The Job Purpose of a Warranty Administrator is to ensure full compliance with all manufacturer warranty systems and minimize the risk of warranty audit failure.
Key Responsibilities:
· To ensure that all warranty claims submitted comply with manufacturers published manuals/repair time schedules and all invoices on the warranty debtor accounts are legitimate claims.
· To use all resource necessary to prepare accurate invoices for warranty work carried out, including manufacturer systems and Auto line.
· To comply with manufacturer warranty submission times without exception.
· Monitor claim progress through accessing manufacturer systems at least on a weekly basis
· To ensure claims refused or rejected by the manufacturer are properly investigated and contested (where necessary) within the manufacturer specific timescales.
· To carry out dealership warranty audits in line with the agreed timetable. Prompt action must be taken to resolve issues identified before manufacturer audits take place.
· To control parts returns for Warranty claims and the disposal of old parts not required to be returned to the manufacturer
· Maintain good working relationship with manufacturer warranty dept.
· Regularly check manufacturer warranty bulletins for any new developments and promote best practice across the division.
· Use a clear and concise filing method, ensuring all retail and warranty job cards can be recovered at any given time.
· Participates in project work where applicable
Candidate Profile:
· Requirement open for Indian nationals
· Required minimum 4 years' experience
· Required Bachelors Degree in relevant field
· Required knowledge of Microsoft office application (Outlook – Microsoft Word – Excel – PowerPoint – Internet)
· Ability to communicate in English and Arabic language.
