Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations. You will be in charge of maintaining inventory levels, ensuring the accuracy of shipments, coordinating with suppliers, and supervising warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
2. Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular audits and reconciling discrepancies
3. Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
4. Supervise and train warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback
5. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and productivity
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
8. Resolve any issues or complaints related to warehouse operations
9. Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to optimize warehouse processes
10. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
2. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
4. Ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments
5. Good knowledge of inventory management software
6. Understanding of health and safety regulations
7. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
8. Flexibility to work in shifts and handle multiple tasks
9. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
10. Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and lift heavy objects
