Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the warehouse's daily activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, and leading a team to meet operational goals. This role is crucial for maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
2. Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
3. Lead and train warehouse staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.
4. Implement and maintain warehouse management systems for tracking inventory.
5. Coordinate with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely deliveries.
6. Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse processes.
7. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for warehouse operations.
8. Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
9. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and meets health and safety standards.
