Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Tech Lead to join our team in Kuwait. This role is ideal for a highly experienced individual with a strong background in leading technical projects in the e-commerce sector. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative solutions, managing technical teams, and ensuring the success of various e-commerce projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable e-commerce solutions.
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver top- quality products.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards.
· Optimize and maintain existing systems and applications.
· Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to coding and development.
· Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate best practices in development.
Candidate Profile:
· Requirement open for all nationals
· 5+ years of proven experience working on e-commerce projects
· Proficiency in relevant technologies and frameworks used in e-commerce platforms.
· Experienced as a web-developer in Ecommerce
· Experience in Magento & Flutter
