Description
Responsible for managing projects from ideation to full implementation of new systems, ensuring governance and continuous improvement. Key duties include analyzing current system performance, providing solutions for development, and generating reports to monitor system effectiveness. Collaborates with IT to resolve technical issues, ensuring the proper delivery and closure of all requests. Also documents commercial operations by drafting processes and procedures, conducts regular reviews of internal processes, and manages archiving activities. Supports business users with current systems, writes scope documents, and gathers business requirements from stakeholders. Handles audit, risk management, and vendor communication to ensure accurate system delivery. Provides technical support to all channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in telecommunication.
English language.
Microsoft skills especially excel .
