Qualifications and skills required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or a related field, preferably within the Hospitality or F&B sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields is required.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.
- Proficient in the use of data analytics tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
Qualifications and skills preferred:
- Advanced financial modeling skills including prediction and forecasting analytics.
- Experience in Microsoft Viva Goals.
- Skills with using SQL and Microsoft Dataverse to extract and manipulate data.
- Programing or scripting languages such as Python, R or C++ is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
