Responsibilities
1.Customer welcoming & hospitality
•Ensure customer is proactively greeted and welcomed as they arrive
•Inquire about and assess customer requirements and needs
•Offer hospitality/refreshments and ensure customer feels comfortable and attended to
•Introduce customer to welcome area and any relevant digital media
•Ensure a pleasant experience for the customer overall.
2.Management of showroom traffic
•Manage and maintain an overview of the capacity of the showroom and service lobby at all times.
•Manage overall coordination of showroom and service reception visitors
•Ensure that the main customer contact areas are always clean and in perfect condition
•Ensure all digital signage in the showroom and service reception is in perfect working condition, is switched on is displaying the relevant content
•Cooperate with and support showroom and service reception staff at all times
3.Assigning/updating customer profiles
•Match customer to their appointments via SPOT flow system.
•Assign customer(s) to relevant Sales Advisor/Product Expert/Service Advisor or one of the relevant pools if no appointment.
•Introduce and hand over customer to the relevant advisor and pass on relevant information Create customer profiles and update customer info and insights to provide most current/relevant description of requirements.
4.Supporting/providing first assessment of customer
•Is aware of any appointment bookings in advance and is prepared for customers’ arrival
•Able to sense, understand and assess the customer’s main requirements/interest
•Able to give an initial assessment of customer’s buying interest
•Provides customer with a positive first impression of the brand
Skills
•Knowledge of customer relationship management
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
•Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
•Computer literacy.
