Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless and luxurious guest experience.
• Leading, training, and motivating a team of spa professionals to deliver exceptional treatments and services.
• Managing spa revenue, budgets, and cost control to maximize profitability while maintaining premium quality.
• Developing innovative wellness programs and promotions to attract and retain guests.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborating with hotel leadership to integrate spa offerings into the overall guest experience.

What we need from you:

• International certification in spa, wellness, or beauty therapy.
• Previous experience working in a 5-star luxury spa environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing spa teams.
• Exceptional knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and wellness trends.
• Ability to develop and execute business strategies to enhance spa performance.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
