1.Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns in coordination with Department Head across various online platforms, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance including but not limited to Hashtags.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
2.Social Media Management Strategy:
- Create, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio) on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth that align with business goals and target audiences.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
3.Content Creation & Management:
- Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content tailored to each platform’s audience (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat etc.).
- Manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely publication of content.
- Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets in collaboration with the design team and implement feedback and changes whenever its asked or needed.
- Have the knowledge to work on Canvas, Cap Cut and other applications.
- Write compelling copy tailored to each platform’s audience.
Optimize content for SEO and SEM to improve visibility and drive traffic
4.Email Marketing:
· In coordination with the department Head, manage email marketing campaigns, including the design of templates, content creation, and list segmentation.
· Track and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices in email marketing
5.Community Engagement:
- Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages to foster a strong online community.
- Build relationships with influencers, customers, and partners to amplify brand messaging.
- Provide translations for social media content and confidently post approved content in Arabic & English.
6.Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns as needed.
Participate in outreach activities at events, fairs, exhibitions to capture high quality images and videos to be shared on social channels.
