Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager & Analyst to oversee and
manage our social media presence from A to Z. This role involves everything from crafting
compelling contact and managing postings to coordinating communications across
departments to ensure seamless order fulfillments and deliveries.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Generate, edit publish, and share engaging content daily (eg, original text, photo, videos
and news).
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales and customer service to ensure
brand consistency.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly and monitor customer reviews.
• Oversee social media accounts design.
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness like promotions and
competitions.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and
applications.
Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a social media manager or similar role.
• Hands-on experience in content management.
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (test, image, and video).
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google analytics
• Knowledge of online marketing channels.
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
