Service Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Inspection & Diagnosis:
• Determines the need for repairs through road tests, mechanical testing devices, customer feedback, and visual inspections.
• Cost Estimation & Documentation:
• Estimates repair costs and prepares itemized work orders, listing parts and labor costs.
• Verifies and updates vehicle information in the system.
• Checks the accuracy of vehicle documentation.
• Customer Interaction & Coordination:
• Engages with customers both in person and over the phone.
• Identifies and records customer concerns and service requirements.
• Books customer vehicles for services and repairs.
• Coordinates with internal departments or workshops regarding job completion timelines.
• Arranges alternative courtesy vehicles for customers when needed.
• Job Processing & Invoicing:
• Raises job cards and invoices.
• Prepares progress updates and final invoicing.
• Arranges collection and delivery of customer vehicles.
