Senior Technician- Kuwait

Basic Scope of Job:

• Response and handle all MEP related issues.

Accountabilities:

• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and hazards.
• Ensure proper care, handling, and storage of all tools and machinery.
• Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately.
• Follow the company's rules, policies, and guidelines in all work environments.
• Respect confidentiality and privacy in residential or business settings
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including repairs, installations, or inspections.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors & team members about job progress, issues, or requirements.
• Be punctual and communicate if delays or unforeseen problems arise
• Maintain professionalism at all times, including dress code, language, and behavior.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure systems and equipment operate efficiently.
• Identify potential issues before they become major problems
• Diagnose issues with machinery, equipment, or systems and perform necessary repairs.
• Troubleshoot technical problems effectively and quickly to minimize downtime.
• Install new equipment, devices, or systems as per manufacturer guidelines and company requirements.
• Ensure proper setup and functionality after installations.
• Complete job tickets, service reports, and necessary documentation detailing work performed, materials used, and recommendations for future action.
• Offer guidance and advice on equipment maintenance and best practices
• Supervise & Handling all kinds of HVAC, maintenance of air handling units, fan coil units, chiller, chilled water pumps, booster pumps,
• Monitor the Elevators maintenance
• Expertise in electrical and plumbing work.
• Experience in house-related maintenance tasks such as air conditioning and basic carpentry.
• Basic experience in managing tools and spare parts for maintenance tasks.
