Review suppliers’ order confirmation in accordance with PO.
Survey market to identify new suppliers.
Maintain positive relationship with existing and new suppliers.
Process cash purchases.
Prepare procurement reports by collecting and analyzing cost, quality, end user requirement, vendor and other information.
Maintain supplier database.
Conduct supplier evaluation at least once per year.
