Your Role: Reporting to the GM, you will develop and execute risk-based audit plans, examine financial and operational processes for risks and compliance, identify and address control deficiencies, evaluate cost-saving opportunities, collaborate with management on corrective actions, monitor adherence to controls, stay updated on regulations, lead and guide audit teams, and prepare and present comprehensive audit reports while ensuring ISO 22000 Food Safety System compliance.
Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a supervisory or senior role. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is strongly preferred. Proficient in financial auditing with expertise in accounting, reporting standards, and risk assessment. Skilled in audit software, data analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, adept at managing large data sets and prioritizing tasks. Experienced in leading audit teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering clear findings. Fluent in English and Arabic.
