A well-established company is urgently seeking to hire a Senior Human Resources Officer. Potential candidates with 18 visa and meeting the below criteria are invited to apply for this position.
You can apply if you meet the below criteria:
➢ Ready to join immediately (July 2024).
➢ Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
➢ Additional certification in HR is a plus.
➢ 5-10 years of Kuwait experience in handling all areas of HR.
➢ Excellent expertise in handling Oracle HRMS.
➢ Excellent expertise in the Kuwait Labor Law.
Your responsibilities are as below:
➢ Responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, payroll, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.
➢ Ensures that employee data is entered into the Oracle system accurately.
➢ Maintains employee files and records in an up to date and confidential manner.
➢ Handles recruitment, onboarding, and reference checks as required.
➢ Administers employment contracts and employee related letters as per Management requirements.
➢ Assists in employee visa transfers and renewals.
➢ Monitors daily attendance, processes employee leaves, monthly salaries and end of-service payments.
➢ Recommends solutions on employee breech on policy and applies disciplinary actions as per the policy.
➢ Provides advice and assistance on staff performance evaluations.
➢ Assists in Internal and External audit requirements.
